Cornea Associates of Texas works hard to assure its fees are reasonable. For all treatment provided, we gladly accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at the time of service. We are happy to provide you with an itemized receipt that you may send to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. We work with most major insurance carriers and will assist you by filing the surgeon's charges with your primary and secondary insurance carriers.
You will be responsible for payment at the time of service. If for any reason you are unable to provide payment at the time of treatment, please alert us in advance and we will work with you to arrange a convenient payment option.
Cornea Associates of Texas is an approved provider on most major medical insurance plans. We are also a participating Medicare Provider. Please have your insurance information, along with any required referral numbers or pre-authorizations, available when you schedule your appointment.
